Between the Lines
Wednesday, September 5, 2012

Howdy pals.  It has been a week-time since my last update.  I'm sure you're doubtful that why on earth am I having an awful lot of examination this year ?  Frankly speaking, I'm a Form Three student that is sitting for upcoming PMR examination, which is indeed the important one for our future class we're in.  Not to mention to choose either Science stream or Art stream that will affect our future occupations.
Subsequently, our school have us well-prepared in facing any examination.  That's why I have 5 examinations in this year, not to mention the trial of each states.  They're driving me crazy.  All that I gain from those examination is the sense of familiarity, it's not knowledge anymore.  I'm so depressed with that.  But I knew I have to try my best to pass every examinations with flying colors without disappointing anyone, for my own sake.
Recently, I have bought a lot of books.  One of them is this :

It's an interesting book, which I must confess that it surprises me with the story inside.  Twist and turn, like a roller coaster, it's motivating and provoking.  It talks about a loner and a prince in a fairy tale which is trying to escape from the book with all his might.  What happens when happily ever after... isn't ?
Delilah is a loner and she hates school as much as she loves book.  She prefers book than anything else.  Between the Lines, is the book which she borrow from the school library.  It may be a fairy tale, but it's real when Prince Oliver in the fairy tale talks to Delilah. Prince Oliver is given wisdom and live.  But he is not given the bravery.  He’s a restless teen who feels trapped by his literary existence and hates that his entire life is predetermined.  And he thinks that Delilah is the key to his freedom.  They work together to attempt to get Prince Oliver out of the book. And as their attraction to each other grows along the way, a romance blossoms that is anything but a fairy tale.  In the nutshell, Edgar (an exact replica of Oliver, who the author draw Oliver based on him & he is the author's only son) hands in the freedom to Prince Oliver.  Prince Oliver and Delilah live a happy life ever after.
(Picture and a few of description are taken from aisforlibrarian)
It's a romance.  Fairy tale in fairy tale.  And I think Imma reread it in the long holiday in November.  It's all for today, goodbye !
